Does anyone have any experience with international travel insurance policies which provide cover for cancellation or curtailment due to illness in a close relative who does not live in Australia? The context is an elderly parent living in the UK. Our research thus far indicates policies only providing cover when the relative lives in Australia. Any information appreciated!
Hi @Guitarfish. There’s a few policies that will cover that for a relative who lives in New Zealand, but we’re not aware of any policies that will cover cancellation or curtailment for a relative that doesn’t live in Australia or New Zealand.
