Health Or Stupidity Warning?

I am not sure whether this article should be listed as a health warning or a stupidity warning.

Who on earth would eat cooked food which has been left at room temperature for 1 day, let alone 5 days?

It reminds me of an incident some years ago when students at Trinity Anglican School in Cairns cooked a large pot of Bolognese sauce for a function and left it unrefrigerated overnight.

When it was eaten, many of them suffered food poisoning.

When I worked at Coles during the Xmas school holidays way back when they made meat pies in the store, they would cook a large pot of mince filling each afternoon to make the pies the next day, but as soon as it was cooked, it was placed in the coldroom.
