What are the defects?
The dummy chain does not comply with the Australian mandatory standard ‘Consumer Goods (Babies Dummies and Dummy Chains) Safety Standard 2017’.
The chain length does not meet the specifications of the standard.
What are the hazards?
The product may get caught around an infant/child’s throat and pose a strangulation hazard.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately cease using the product and return it to Hallie & Moo for a full refund.
