Did you give the name in your message? If not, and if it’s permissible, tell us the name of the shop. With enough people knowing, re-telling and avoiding, he’ll pretty soon regret having treated you, and the issue, like that. And on-selling it? My stomach is turning.
So a full refund for four pizzas, when only one had one hair in it, is unacceptable behaviour by the shop owner is it?
Sometimes some perspective is needed.
If you were that concerned about food preparation you would never eat anything at a restaurant, or get anything takeaway, and don’t even think about what could be in mince, or sausages, or pies.
This reminds me of when a shoe repairer, some years ago, slashed the top of my real leather-imported-boots while replacing the heels.
Didn’t tell me anything, I paid but went back as soon as I realised what he had done.
He was completely unfazed, he hadn’t charged me for the leather to patch-up the cut, he said.
Lucky for him he was a quick ducker
