The fine print…when you get to it…says “merino wool blend”.
Is there a minimum percentage it has to be for them to claim it is “Merino wool”??
The price reflects what I suspect…probably not a lot of merino wool in it.

Merino wool blend could be a mix of merino fibres with differing quality, microns of thickness and or staple length, it could be a mix of wool and other fibres. Not very clear what the mix means is it?

I am not sure myself about how the law stands on this particular way of describing goods but if you bought the item and had ensured it was supposedly 100% woolen then ACL would protect you if the goods failed to be 100% woolen as they would not match the description. Easy way of protecting yourself would be to request the details of fabric/fibre first.

The advertising part I have to defer to others who hopefully have a better idea of what is acceptable or breaches the ACL and other laws.
