Floor mops

Just good old push pull manually operated floor mops. I’ve spent a lifetime looking for Mr Goodfloormop, and never used one I love. Am I missing something wonderful?

@moir Alas, i can only commiserate. Unfortunately, a truly satisfying mop seems beyond the scope of human endeavour. I fear your “Mr. Goodfloormop” is in the realm of fantasy and dreams, and will remain one of the great mysteries of the world.

Oh no! Say it isn’t so. Surely one of these miracle mops so widely promoted by dollar shops has got something going for it

I have witnessed someone using an old towel under each foot, which seemed surprisingly effective. Perhaps if the “Clown Shoe Size” version of these were available.
