So Auspost cannot look at that number and print out a label to cover it ? The sender has no contract with auspost in the matter. DODo better send out a request that auspost produce the sticker as above and MAYBE the instructions re returns need to be made more clear. There are thousands of people in Australia who do not have English a a 1st language.

Is it possible your post shop is one of the few not included? If your post shop is included it seems a failure of the counter staff, not so much Dodo.
