What are the defects?

The products do not comply with the ‘Consumer Goods (Elastic luggage straps) Safety Standard 2017’.

The products do not have the required safety warning label attached to the strap.

What are the hazards?

Elastic luggage straps that do not have appropriate safety warning labels could potentially be misused, resulting in injury to the user or bystanders.

What should consumers do?

Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Decathlon to obtain a warning label to attach to the strap.
