Several years ago I bought a Maxwell Williams acrylic salt grinder. It served me well until recently when the acrylic sleeve in the lid broke which meant the grinding mechanism could not be turned. It was quite expensive but I remembered it had come with a lifetime guarantee so I found my receipt and emailed photos of the receipt and the broken grinder to the address listed.
My email was answered promptly and courteously by Kay at Customer Service for HAG Import Corporation Australia and within days I had a whole brand new salt grinder (complete with salt) posted to me. It isn’t always as straight forward so I do appreciate such good, efficient, no fuss service as I received and am happy to praise a company that honours their word.
