Buying a European flight with Luftansa and there was a surcharge to use my 28 degrees credit card to buy the flight in Euros so I’ve used Paypal instead (using the 28 degrees card) but I’m wondering will I end up paying the same surcharge anyway?
PayPal applies a currency conversion service charge (surcharge) of 3 to 4%…

Based on my understating f international transactions it is always better to use your existing credit card and pay directly as that always has a better conversion rate than PayPal. Also you will probably find that the surcharge is still charged by Luftansa.
