In Coles today and saw a note that they had hand sanitiser for sale at the service desk. I thought that if they were smaller sizes, I’d get one each for my wife and myself.
I was warned they were small - and in fact they were tiny: 50ml. I paid for my stuff and then looked at the receipt. Coles is charging $4.85 each for 50ml bottles!
Went back and returned the sanitiser.
At that same shopping centre, the chemist is selling a locally made, hydrogen peroxide-based sanitiser for $20 for 500ml, and Chemist Warehouse lists 50ml Dettol sanitiser for $3.00 - albeit out of stock.
