Was your issue with Optus?
Earlier in the year Optus disconnected us for no other reason than its own negligence and we spent 2 months trying to get back our phone and internet. And then the organisation did not pay the (legislated) mandatory compensation but just walked away.
If your issue was with Optus then consider your options. I moved to a non Optus ISP.
