What are the defects?
The resin filling on the pump does not completely cover wiring. Water will make contact with the pump’s main connection.
What are the hazards?
When water makes contact with the pump’s main connection, the device is likely to conduct an electric current to the water, causing electric shock or electrocution.
What should consumers do?
