Call on banks to step up during COVID-19

Maybe @PatrickVeyret/Choice should contact Westpac directly to clarify as information @NotHappyJan has indicated has been received is inconsistent with the terms and conditions, marketing materials and media reports associated with the Westpac COVID-19 Relief package.

Whether wires are crossed, there has been a misunderstanding or there is misleading information, Choice should independently get to the bottom of this to find out what is going on.

Choice scored Westpac higher than the other 3 pillar banks based on their response, and if what @NotHappyJan indicates is true, their Choice rating could be substantially impacted.
