What are the defects?

The front seat belts (driver and passenger’s side) may not be screwed on to correct specification.

What are the hazards?

If the seat belts are not secured, this could increase the risk of an accident and injury to vehicle occupants or other road users. In the event of a serious accident this may result in death.
