It is worth looking at the Assessibility settings in the browser one is using. For example, Chrome has a simplified view for webpage function which removes most of the clutter such has borders, headers etc from webpages. If one has difficulty looking at busy things, it is a good way to simplify content for reading and reduces distractions.

I find that there is a little way to go for reading aloud functions and extensions/apps. The voices are still not 100% fluid like a natural voice and some of the expressions/enunciation are a little off which csn make it difficult to listen to. However, many such functions are b better than nothing.
