A caution is that when we are making a purchase of some kind we are entering into a form of contract.

Any breech or disagreement of a contract condition is subject to legal remedy. Rights or no rights, the law decides, case by case. That’s how many of our implied rights have been determined. You don’t know of the existence or absence of a right until you take a test case to court, throw it and some legal minds to the wind, followed by more money than a round the world hatch challenge into the fire.
